The Economist comments on the recent terrorist related arrests

That belief was shattered this month when police charged 12 men and five youths with planning a wave of attacks, ranging from blowing up the Toronto Stock Exchange to storming the national public broadcaster and the Parliament buildings in Ottawa—and beheading the prime minister."
