Sponsorship-scandal whistleblower Alain Richard has released an insider’s account of how insidious business relationships between Quebec advertising agencies and federal politicians have been part of the Canadian political landscape since Pierre Trudeau’s government.

Richard was a high-ranking executive in two Montreal advertising agencies, BCP and Groupaction, both of which came under the Gomery Commission’s scrutiny last year.
